Terms & Conditions

All my products are made by hand from scratch. The creation process takes between 2 to 6 months depending on the number of pieces, their complexity and the workload in the studio.

If you have an inquiry about items that you see on the website or you would like to commission a piece of work, you can email the studio at fari@fariceramics.com.

Payment terms

For items in stock, full payment must be received before items will be shipped.

For commissioned items, work will start once 50% of the total value has been received. Full payment must be secured before items are shipped. Packaging and postage fees will apply.

Shipping and Returns

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for shipping of in stock items. Please allow 3 to 16 weeks for any “made-to-order” items. I will be in touch directly following any order with estimated times.

All sales are final. If you have issues with any of my products, please contact me directly and I will handle the situation individually.
